One of the unique features of our faculty members in the International Business Strategy Program is the combination of the academics and the practitioners. About 60% of our full-time faculty members have real-world work experience in business, working for multinational firms.

In addition, many of the full-time faculty members have teaching experience at other business schools. For example, Yoshinori Fujikawa at Yale School of Management; Patricia Robinson at New York University; and Kangyong Sun at Peking University. In addition, many of the full-time faculty members have earned MBAs, and DBAs and/or PhDs from leading U.S. business schools.

Faculty members are readily accessible to students inside as well as outside the classrooms by way of their open-door policies, together with the Seminar (zemi) system that accommodates on average 5.5 students per faculty member as mentors.
