Course Overview
As business becomes increasingly global, executives leading operations across countries and markets increasingly need to be able to lead and inspire employees from diverse perspectives and nationalities. Once you have diversity, how do you implement inclusion and the conflict resolution that frequently accompanies thought diversity?
This course focuses on implementing inclusion and facilitating relations across diverse perspectives, drawing on coaching and mediation to empower leaders to lead diverse international operations and to mediate differences between overseas subsidiaries and headquarters.
